19.Aug.2010 The Vegan Arm Race

Sorry all, I have been slacking in posting up awesome vegan tattoos for such an embarrassingly long time I am not even going to offer an explanation or excuse, but instead I am just going to post some really cool vegan tattoos this week that have been filling up the mail box for quite some time.  If you have a fresh new vegan tattoo you would like to share with you friends and fellow vegans then feel free to send them in to vegantattoos at gmail dot com.

Everyone has their first tattoo experience and Andrea from Italy chose to express his right to bare his arm with a simple and beautiful statement.  Andrea says he is planing on getting many other tattoos in the future and asked for your help with ideas for animal rights themed tattoos so feel free to leave suggestions in the comments for him!

Don’t worry Andrea, we think you are totally on the right track with this lovely first tattoo!

Our next contributor Will from Pittsburgh, PA just wanted to show us a pic of his first tattoo.   Another fine and bold choice for a first tattoo!

Will has been vegan for 2 years and veg for 8.   Thanks for sending it in and most importantly thanks for being vegan!

Our last well armed vegans are a dynamic duo who got essentially matching tattoos at Scapegoat Tattoo in Portland, OR.

James says “Hey there, I’m the guy Brian Wilson submitted with the 1/4 sleeve Sea Shepherd tattoo.  Before that one, my girlfriend and I got “matching” tattoos saying “vegan”, also at Scapegoat.”    We think Brian does great work, check out their website and the chilling poster he designed to benefit the relief efforts on the Gulf.  Thanks a bunch for sending this awesome double feature and most importantly thanks for being vegan!

And that goes for everyone who has sent in pictures, emails, comments and suggestions; thanks a bunch and have an awesome week!

In Europe there are vegan colors by Eternal, Starbright, SkinCandy and Stable. But I don’t know if they are organic.

    Will & Carrie,

I am also looking for a vegan friendly tattoo parlor in pittsburgh. I have heard that Stable brand inks are vegan, so I may just look for a parlor using those.

  • What a data of un-ambiguity and preserveness of valuable familiarity concerning
    unexpected emotions.

  • Oh my goodness! Incredible article dude! Many thanks, However I am encountering troubles with your RSS.
I don’t understand the reason why I can’t join it. Is there
anybody having similar RSS issues? Anyone who knows the answer can you kindly respond?

Tile boards can easily be cut using a circular saw
and you can use adhesive to attach it to your wall. When you have to do a remodeling job in your kitchen, simply open up
the yellow pages and browse through the list of contractors who are available.
When it comes to bathroom fitters and plumbers it is always advantageous that you hire them right in the very beginning when the plan is being made for
the bathroom so that they are well aware which bathroom fitting
is going to be installed where and there is no confusion later.
